Catherine Chalmers is the Co-Founder and Chief Wellness Officer of The Original Fit Factory, bringing over 20 years of experience in the health, nutrition, and wellness industry.

She holds an MA in Psychology and a BSc in Health Science and Nutrition, and is also a qualified gym instructor.
Catherine began her career by founding and running the UK’s first dedicated fitness facility for children, forging innovative partnerships with local authorities and NHS services to promote early intervention and youth wellbeing. She later played a national role with a major fitness group, supporting the development of youth fitness franchises across the UK.

A driving force behind digital health innovation, Catherine was instrumental in the creation and global rollout of the Reebok Fitness app.

In her capacity as a Director of The Original Fit Factory, Catherine also serves as an Advisor to the TRAIN Health Awareness platform. Her role supports collaborative decision-making, strategic alignment, and oversight of platform deployment and partnership growth — further bridging science-backed wellbeing with everyday digital health solutions.
