Overview

The TRAINletic study, part of the TRAIN Health Awareness program, is a collaborative initiative with the Koninklijke Nederlandse Cricket Bond (KNCB) aimed at optimizing athletic performance and health among professional cricketers. This project focuses on integrating medical support and expertise to help athletes reach peak performance while maintaining their health.

To enhance physical and mental performance through targeted interventions.

To track and improve the overall health and well-being of athletes.

To conduct clinical and basic science research that translates into practice for injury prevention and health promotion.

Data Collection: Gathering data on physical and mental fitness using questionnaires and wearable technology (e.g., WHOOP).
