Deze kloof is vooral kritiek in de cardiovasculaire zorg, waar vroegtijdige bewustwording en veranderingen in levensstijl levens kunnen redden.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bij TRAIN Health Awareness (trainhealthawareness.com) geloven we dat educatie inclusief en voor iedereen toegankelijk moet zijn. Daarom zijn we een samenwerking aangegaan met de Nederlandse Hartstichting om belangrijke educatieve video's in meerdere talen te ontwikkelen, zodat zelfs moeilijk bereikbare gemeenschappen kunnen profiteren van levensreddende informatie.<\/p><ul><li>Barri\u00e8res slechten - Meertalige hulpmiddelen bieden ter ondersteuning van diverse bevolkingsgroepen.<\/li><li>Empowerment van individuen - Pati\u00ebnten helpen controle te krijgen over hun cardiovasculaire gezondheid.<\/li><li>Bouwen aan een gezondere toekomst - Zorgen voor gelijke toegang tot essenti\u00eble gezondheidseducatie.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Door deze bronnen in verschillende talen beschikbaar te maken, nemen we obstakels weg en verbeteren we de toegankelijkheid van de gezondheidszorg wereldwijd. Want als kennis iedereen bereikt, kunnen we ziekten voorkomen, resultaten verbeteren en levens redden.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Doe met ons mee om bewustzijn te verspreiden!
