Ingredients

  • 2 grams of Turmeric Root, Chopped
  • 2 grams of Ginger, Chopped
  • 1 Lime, Zest & Juice
  • 11 millilitres of Water

Steps

  1. Place the turmeric, ginger, lime juice and water into a high speed blender, and blend to a very fine consistency.
  2. Strain the blended mixture through a sieve lined with a clean tea towel. If needed, gently press the pulp with a spoon to extract more juice.
  3. Stir the lime zest into the strained juice.
  4. Pour the juice into a bottle or jar and refrigerate.
  5. Storage: Store the juice in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before serving.
