The TRAIN Wood Blossom study is a collaborative initiative aimed at promoting primary cardiovascular risk prevention among school children in India. This project, conducted in partnership with Wood Blossom and Wood Stock School, integrates medical expertise with behavioral and exercise science to foster healthy habits and improve overall wellness in students.

Methodik
Baseline and Follow-Up Questionnaires: Participants complete questionnaires at the start and follow-up intervals (1, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months) to gather data on health-related quality of life.
TRAIN Health Awareness App: Students and staff are provided access to the app, which offers guidance on physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and mental health.
Regular Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of health metrics to evaluate the impact of the interventions.
